Tim Michalick - 1st Mate

Tim, 25, also from Auckland, N.Z. has been a deckhand on “Ranger” for 2 years.
Prior to joining “Ranger” Tim worked on various charter yachts in many exotic locations around the world.
An accomplished dinghy sailor and ‘big boat’ racer, Tim brings to “Ranger” a wealth of sailing knowledge.
Tim holds his R.Y.A. Yachtmaster Offshore (D.O.T.) certificate.

Troy Norton - Engineer

Troy from “Tuna Town”, otherwise known as Port Lincoln, Australia, has been involved in engineering for 20 years
and in the marine industry for 9 years, hence there is little that he is not capable of fixing on board.
He holds an Australian Master Class V (yachts up to 80 ft L.O.A.) and a Y3 Engineers certificate.
